Almhof Schneider is one of the most exclusive addresses in Lech – and one of the dwindling number of family run hotels in the luxury segment. Only select producers are entrusted to supply the ingredients for the refined alpine cuisine and such a sophisticated cuisine places the highest demands on refrigerating of the food. In the course of extensive modernization work, TectoCell Standard Plus cold rooms in stainless steel were installed into a visually appealing refrigeration line. 

Products from Viessmann last a long time thanks to their solid workmanship, and can be kept up to the latest state of the art very flexibly with other components, such as sliding doors, in order to meet our high standards. Like all the refrigeration units in the building, we coupled these refrigeration cells with a heat recovery system that feeds the heat that is generated back into the system. This is our way of trying to help conserve resources as much as possible in our operations.
